Throughout his career, Mr. Brown has impacted generations of students through his dedication to teaching, his commitment to Christ-centered education, and the relationships he has built within our school community. In recognition of his years of service, we will hold a special chapel in his honor on May 21st from 10:43–11:11 AM.

Rodgers and Hammerstein’s Cinderella is a magical retelling of the classic fairy tale, following Cinderella’s journey from a life of servitude to one filled with grace and love. Set in a faraway kingdom, the story unfolds across enchanting locations—from Cinderella’s home with her stepmother and stepsisters, to the royal palace, and the forest where she first meets the Prince. With captivating songs and lively dance numbers, this production truly brings the fairy tale to life. We hope to see you there!

All incoming 9th grade Warriors & their parents are required to attend Warrior Signing Day on either February 24th or February 26th! At this event students & parents will learn more about their life at Lutheran Westland from Principal, Mr. Brown and School Counselor, Mrs. Unger. Students will use this time as an opportunity to register for 9th grade classes, as well as participate in an official signing day. Register below!
Join Mrs. Alli Unger for our next Community Craft Night on Wednesday, February 19th at 6:00pm, as we reflect on the hope and joy of the Resurrection while creating a beautiful Empty Tomb Display together.
Our Industrial Arts teacher, Mr. Dan Unger, along with some of our students, will pre-cut all of the wooden pieces for you. You’ll have the opportunity to sand and stain them, making each piece uniquely your own. The phrase “He is Risen!” will be provided in vinyl to add to the smallest piece of the display, serving as a joyful reminder of Christ’s victory over death.
We look forward to a fun and meaningful evening of fellowship, creativity, and crafting together!

This test is used to ensure students are placed into the math class their freshman year that will best set them up for success during their four years at LW. Be sure to join us for a night full of brilliant performances on Friday, December 12th at 7pm. This evening will feature appearances from the Lutheran Westland Band and Choir, as well as the Praise Band. We hope to see you there!
Come enjoy a night of fellowship and fun with members of our Lutheran Westland community. Our very own Alli Unger will be leading a craft workshop where you'll get to create a beautiful farmhouse-style tree decoration on Wednesday, November 19th at 6pm. Join us for our first Community Craft Night of the school year, led by Mrs. Alli Unger!
Community Craft Nights are an opportunity for adults in the Lutheran Westland community to come together in fellowship and be creative. The cost is only $25 (+ fees) and all proceeds from this event will benefit our All-School Service Day in April. This session’s project will be a watercolor wreath centered around a Bible verse. No experience needed—participants of all skill levels are welcome! All supplies will be provided, along with light snacks. You’ll be guided step-by-step as you create your own unique masterpiece.
Spots are limited to 20 participants, so be sure to register early! The deadline to register is Friday, September 19th.
Join the Lutheran Westland faculty and staff to learn all about your student’s upcoming schedule, teachers, and school year at our Back to School Night. Parents will visit each of their student's classes to meet with the teacher, learn about the class, and have an opportunity to ask questions. Opening Devotion will begin at 6:30pm!
Parents and students are invited to the All School Luau starting at 8 PM! Join us for a night filled with food, games, and fellowship!
Parents and new incoming students (freshmen & transfers) will meet on Thursday, August 14th at 7:00 PM in the main gym. This meeting will help you prepare for the start of school and finish any outstanding items. You will also be given your schedule and have an opportunity to walk through your student’s daily schedule. That includes practicing the locker combination a few times! 😉 Teachers will be there to meet with both parents & students.

Based on the Book of Exodus with songs from the DreamWorks Animation 1998 film of the same name, this musical chronicles the life of Moses, depicting his journey from being a prince of Egypt to ultimately leading the Children of Israel out of Egypt.
